Cr-Free PASSIVATION

Silane-based, Cr-free Aqueous Products for HDG/GI and Zn-Al-Mg alloy-coated steel

XCF-100: A Cr-free, Silane-based passivation emulsion for HDG/GI (pH 4.0–6.0, ~13% solids); offers excellent corrosion resistance, RoHS and reach compliance, and paint compatibility.
XAF-200: A Cr-free, silane-based anti-fingerprint emulsion for HDG/GI (pH 4.0–6.0, ~15% solids) offering excellent corrosion and fingerprint resistance, prevents sweat stains and residue, ensures good formability, and meets RoHS and REACH standards.
XSL-100:  A Cr-free, silane-based self-lubricating emulsion designed for HDG/GI applications (pH 4.0–6.0, ~18% solids). It improves the formability of GI and shields the zinc coating from blackening caused by abrasion during stamping and bending processes. Additionally, XSL-100 provides robust corrosion resistance and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.
XAF-230: A Cr-free, silane-based emulsion designed for Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel coils (pH 4.0–6.0, ~15% solids). It offers outstanding corrosion resistance and paint adhesion, along with strong resistance to blackening, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards.

 

Cr-free Thin Organic Coating for 55%Al-Zn alloy-coated steel

XAF-221 A slightly alkaline white emulsion formulated with advanced water-based resin (pH >8, approximately 25% solids). It provides superior corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance, and strong adhesion to paints and adhesives, making it well-suited for use on 55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel (Galvalume).
